The Laurels School curriculum is rooted in a perspective that sees the abundant goodness of the world, of all creation, as a fundamental governing principle; a perspective that sees the nobility and heroism of individuals in struggles throughout history.
Options guidance will be given during Year 9 to assist pupils with appropriate subject choices at GCSE Level (or equivalent). Subject to changes in the National Qualifications Framework, we expect to offer the following subjects:

All pupils follow The Arete Programme, this programme runs across the school and introduces pupils to some of the philosphical ideas and virtue ethics that inform and support character development.
