Laurels pupils are encouraged to take part in a range of co-curricular activities as well as music, drama and sport to enrich their school experience.
The Laurels School provides a rich co-curricular programme of activities suitable for all tastes, so that pupils can develop their character through qualities of leadership, perseverance and respect for others. We believe it is important to excel by participating, and not, have to excel in order to participate. To be actively involved in co-curricular activities can help pupils to experience new activities; broaden their skills; develop their spirit of service and help others; build self confidence and work collaboratively. They will consequently widen their circle of friends and understanding of others, leading to an increased confidence in a range of situations.
