Year 7 – Cooking at Lakefield

The Year 7 girls have attended Lakefield Hospitality College for the second time during the current school year where they had great fun learning new cookery techniques and recipes. The menu included tomatoes served on a salad of pesto and olives, crusted salmon and a dessert of Chilled Lemon Flan. We hope the girls manage to replicate what they have learned at home and get their families to sample their newly acquired skills. Bon appétit!
